ProMarshal is a free Chrome extension designed to enhance productivity during Google Meet calls by capturing meeting transcripts and project context automatically. Once installed, it integrates seamlessly with Google Meet, detecting when a user joins a call and prompting them to select the relevant project. This ensures that audio is captured in real-time, allowing for efficient documentation of discussions without manual note-taking.

The extension utilizes advanced speech-to-text technology to transcribe conversations accurately and tracks speaker contributions using Google Meet's built-in captions. After each meeting, users can access a comprehensive transcript, a timeline of who spoke, and AI-generated action items and blockers directly within their ProMarshal dashboard. This tool is ideal for professionals looking to streamline their meeting processes and keep project information organized.
