Pro Cycling Manager 2016 is a full version simulation game developed by Cyanide Studio for Xbox One. The game offers an opportunity to become a sports manager of a professional cycling team and take part in more than 200 cycling events, including the famous Tour de France 2016 and La Vuelta. As the manager, you will need to recruit cyclists and sponsors, manage staff, handle the race calendar, and make real-time decisions during the races.

The game has been designed with new features that offer a complete experience, including an overhaul of the multiplayer mode, a richer Pro Cyclist Mode with more developed relationships and interactions between you, your manager and your teammates, and an improved Career mode with a new objective system for a greater challenge. The game has also been made more realistic with graphic improvements, a new interface, and a more advanced AI that takes into greater consideration cyclists' abilities, weariness, and behaviors during breakaways. Additionally, players can share their content created by the community using Steam Workshop such as races, jerseys, and database.
