How It Works

If you have a broken glass, you can initiate your quote request by entering your license plate number and specifying the glass that needs replacement. The app will send the request to all repair centers located within a 20 km radius of your location. Shortly, you will receive all available offers with appointment dates. You can then choose and confirm the best proposal for you. Repair your broken glass quickly, easily, and at the most affordable price!

Insurance Coverage

For users with insurance coverage from one of Primitiva's affiliated companies, the repair process will be handled directly by the repair center within the app.
