The app enables users to contact health plan customer service, view, download, print, and share Member ID cards, manage online account access and security settings, pay bills, and sign up for Advanced Care Planning.

For added convenience, members can access additional features like viewing care team contact information, requesting primary care provider changes, accessing health and wellness tips, self-management tools, and community-based resources.
