Premià Actua is a free iPhone app that allows you to directly communicate with your municipality. With just a few simple steps, you can report any issues or problems you come across in your town, such as overflowing trash containers, burnt-out streetlights, or clogged drains. The app allows you to select the type of issue, provide its location, upload a photo, and add a comment.

Once you submit your report, the municipality's technician receives it immediately and begins the necessary steps to address the issue. You will receive notifications whenever there is a change in the status of your report, ensuring that you are kept informed in real-time about the actions being taken by the municipality.
