Premera MyCare, a free lifestyle app by Premera Blue Cross, offers members a convenient and personalized virtual care experience. The app provides timely access to in-network virtual care options for primary and urgent medical care, mental health care, substance use treatment, and physical therapy. Members can get on-demand, text-based, and video-based care from board-certified doctors for common conditions like cold, cough, flu, urinary tract infections, muscle sprains, and strains, among others. The app also offers access to talk therapy, psychologists, medication management, and virtual addiction care for alcohol and opioid use disorder. Members can prevent and treat pain with a video consultation with a physical therapist and a personalized plan with guided exercises.
