Praetorians - HD Remaster is a real-time strategy game developed by Pyro Studios. It is a reimagined version of the celebrated classic game, Praetorians, now available in high definition with reworked controls and UI. The game is set in the midst of the political machinations of an emerging Roman Empire. Players must prove their worth on battlefields in Egypt, combat theaters in Gaul, and finally in the heart of the Empire itself in Italy, in the crusade to become Emperor.

The game features three different armies, each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses: Gauls, Egyptians, and the Roman Legions. There are over 20 campaign missions set in Egypt, Gaul, and Italy, and each unit type and character has unique sets of abilities and formations. Players must make use of different terrains and landscapes to plan their battles and emerge victorious against thousands of different troop types and war machines, all with special skills and individual strengths. However, beware of the Praetorian Guard, the most powerful and deadly fighting force in the Empire.
