Potrero: Fútbol en Vivo, developed by Potrero, brings focused live coverage to Argentine and South American soccer fans. The app aggregates live scores, standings, and fan-focused extras while offering player statistics and an in-app career simulation for engagement. Its feature set emphasizes depth in domestic competition, match alerts, and statistical detail rather than mainstream broadcast material. The app suits followers of lower-division clubs and users who mix live tracking with a career-simulation pastime on mobile devices.

What the app delivers during match day

The app supplies live, minute-by-minute results and competition tables that include relegation and international qualification positions. Match pages present detailed metrics, such as possession, shots, expected goals (xG), and confirmed lineups, alongside in-match event timelines. That combination makes the app a practical second-screen tool for following simultaneous games or tracking a local fixture when broadcast coverage is limited.

What leagues and devices it connects with

The app centers on Argentine football across professional and lower tiers: the Professional League, Argentine Cup, Primera Nacional, and lower divisions like Primera B, Primera C, and Federal A, plus major South American and international competitions. Mobile support targets Android devices running version 8.0 and up, and the app is also available for iPhone and iPad, so it fits common mobile match-day workflows.

Who gains from its niche club coverage and game mode

The app places emphasis on lower-division reporting that many platforms omit, and it offers player profiles with market values and seasonal statistics for regional players. It integrates a career simulation, El Ídolo, that models a professional path beginning in the lower leagues. The product is fan-made in spirit, and store ratings note fast updates and praise for the inclusion of smaller-club data.

How alerts and expanded access suit daily tracking

Notifications are configurable for goals, match starts, and final results, so users can follow games without watching every minute. The app documents an account-gated tier that removes advertisements, permits more favorite teams, and enables unlimited alerts. That structure supports users who track several local clubs across weekend fixtures and who want concentrated match reminders on mobile.

To sum up, Potrero suits grassroots match followers

Potrero is a practical option for Argentina-focused fans who want concentrated local coverage and a fan-made approach to match tracking. It is less suitable for users seeking official broadcast commentary or aggregated global feeds. Pair the app with club social channels and local reportage for fuller post-match context; that combination compensates for the app's independent, grassroots perspective while keeping weekend match schedules consolidated in one place.
