This Chrome extension enables you to create and schedule each of your posts, then get notified when they are published. Create the post with text, add images or videos, add a cover image, link, and use tags. Send posts to the group you want to schedule them for and adjust the schedule with a simple drag and drop interface. You can also create a custom tag for each post and color code them to organize your posts. There are filters available for every piece of content so you can search for the content you want to schedule a post for.
