With Ponto Lite, employees can:

• Clock in directly via their mobile phones or through a QR Code, depending on the operation type.
• Make offline time entries, which will be synced later when an internet connection is available.
• Review their time tracking history, including manually entered points by the manager.
• Access all relevant information about the recorded time, such as location, date, and time.
• Justify absences, submit documents like medical certificates, and request time corrections easily and intuitively in the requests section.
• Track the status of submitted requests, whether they have been approved or not.
• Check personal information.
• Change or request a password reset.

All features in the app comply with the Ministry of Labor and Employment's (MTE) Ordinance 671, ensuring legal compliance.
