What is it about?

You are the City Police. Your task is to stop criminals from committing crimes and to bring them to justice. You can do that by stopping them and asking them to produce their license and registration. Some of them will be able to produce it and you will get experience points (XP) for that. XP will help you to unlock better Police Cars.

How does it work?

As soon as you start the game, you'll be given a mission. You have to complete it in order to get experience points. In order to complete it, you have to perform police procedures and stop criminals.
