Poi Nav is an Android app that enables users to read TomTom (.ov2) or CSV files. The app works fully offline, and the data is imported by the user and stored in the application. The app allows users to search for a Point of Interest (POI) and select it to open the information page, which can be navigated with the user's favorite GPS.

Poi Nav offers several options in TomTom mode, such as creating categories, importing OV2 files, searching for a POI, displaying information, and navigating with the user's preferred GPS. A long press on the category list displays the configuration menu. The search function may be slow depending on the smartphone's performance and the number of POIs in the category, but users can choose the number of results to display.

In CSV mode, the file must have five columns and be saved in CSV format with a semicolon (;) separator. The first line is not read by the application. The search function is effective on the first two columns (ID, name/description), and it is essential to use a period (.) in the GPS coordinatesThe only limit on the number of lines in the CSV file is the user's hardware performance.
