Pode Morar is the app that makes life easier for customers of Direcional Group. Residents of Direcional and Riva developments will find everything they need in the palm of their hand with this tool.

The app features an intuitive and modern interface, and includes the functionality of an exclusive agenda, perfect for scheduling and organizing all your appointments. It provides added convenience for communicating with Direcional and staying up to date with everything about your property.

What can you find here?

On the main page, customers can access the following menus: My Profile, My Property, Requests, Financial, Help Me.

In addition to quick access to Statements, My Invoices, Early Installments, New Requests, and Documents. Customers can select their property, access photos and progress of the construction, and have a calendar with their appointments. It also includes a refer and earn banner, as well as financial and request notifications related to your property.

In the My Profile section, by clicking on edit, customers can update their registration data, change their email, change their password, and include their photo.

In the My Property menu, it is possible to access documents, timeline, news, and videos related to your apartment.

In the Requests section, customers can open requests/appointments, cancel them, and track their requests/appointments.

In the Financial menu, you can generate invoices, statements, and income tax statements related to your property. You can also track paid and pending installments.

The Help Me section is there to answer all your questions and provide additional information for our customers.
