Playnite is a free utilities freeware for organizing computer games. The open-source game interface unifies all games into a seamless platform that are saved on computers. All games are placed on an alphabetized list. Each game comes with detailed texts such as official game descriptions, “Time Played”, “Last Played”, Genre, Developer, Publisher, Release Date, Tags, Platform and Links. The game interface includes themes and layout customizations. Player activities are also tracked and can be imported to digital distribution services. Users can also find games to download. They can also import game libraries from other digital distribution services such as Battle.net, GOG, Origin, Steam, and Uplay. This software also supports game emulators for playing copies of console games. Users can install .NET plugins, IronPython or PowerShell scripts, and IGDB API to the game platform. They can play games in fullscreen with their controllers. The software is portable and ready to run from storage. Users can sync the software from a cloud drive like DropBox and Google Drive. User information is protected but it still asks for online information or cookies.
