With this app, you can either select your color or enter the RGB (Red-Green-Blue) Code and the result of your selection is immediately displayed on the screen. Once you have selected your desired color, you can push the button to set it as your plain coloured wallpaper.

One of the great features of this app is that it also calculates the RGB code into the hexadecimal code. Although the app is currently limited to this feature, the developer has promised to add more color calculator features in the future.
