Placar Paulista 2023 is a free iPhone app developed by Felipe Miranda that offers a comprehensive overview of the Paulista soccer championship. The app provides detailed information about the tournament structure, including team divisions, group stages, and knockout rounds.

The championship features 16 teams, divided into four groups of four teams each. The teams play in a single round-robin format, facing only opponents from other groups. The top two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals, while the two teams with the worst performance in the group stage are relegated. In case of a tie in points, the tiebreaker criteria include number of victories, goal difference, goals scored, red and yellow cards, and even a random draw.

The quarterfinals and semifinals are played in a knockout format with a single match. In the event of a draw, the winner is determined through a penalty shootout. The final is played in a home and away format. If the teams are tied on points and goal difference, the title is decided by a penalty shootout.
