Pizzeria Locale, founded in Denver, Colorado, is a new type of pizza place. We don't use a traditional pizza oven, instead we use a specially designed, high-tech oven that is capable of making pizzas with a higher quality of art and nutrition than you might find in traditional pizza places.

Our oven has four distinct zones to ensure even heat distribution and a consistent cooking experience. Our oven also allows us to keep a full control of the cooking process, including temperature and humidity.

The dough for our pizzas is made from four ingredients: flour, water, yeast and salt. It is then fermented overnight, stretched by hand and topped with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Our menu includes classic pizzas – like Pepperoni, Supreme, Margherita and Veggie – or you can build your own.
