Pizza Hut BOOK IT is an educational program designed to encourage children to read more by offering rewards for their efforts. Aimed at students from kindergarten through sixth grade, the program motivates kids to read for a minimum of 20 minutes a day over a span of 15 days during the summer months. Upon completing this reading challenge, participants can receive a free personal single topping pan pizza, redeemable at participating Pizza Hut locations.

The initiative, launched in 1984, aims to foster a love for reading among children, making it a valuable tool for parents looking to enhance their kids' literacy skills. The program not only rewards reading but also instills a sense of achievement and encourages a consistent reading habit, ultimately contributing to lifelong learning.
