The Pink Ribbon Charity Pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2 unites virtual trucking with real-world goodwill, offering players a way to personalize their vehicles while supporting breast cancer research and awareness. This officially licensed add-on introduces three distinctive paint jobs—Pink Strokes, Ribbon of Hearts, and Wings of Hope—for both trucks and compatible trailers, along with a matching interior accessory.

Every purchase still directs 100% of proceeds to respected organizations, including the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in the United States and the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer in the Czech Republic, with the developer expressing intentions to expand the list of beneficiaries.

A DLC that mobilized the community

To celebrate the DLC’s debut, SCS Software hosted the Pink Ribbon Charity Event via the World of Trucks platform from October 1 to October 20, 2019. During the event, players accepted external contracts to deliver trailers emblazoned with Pink Ribbon designs. By completing 12 deliveries within the timeframe, drivers are rewarded with exclusive pink ribbon–themed hanging boxing gloves for their in-game cabins.

The global community was tasked with reaching 1 million deliveries and meeting that milestone unlocked a second reward—pink ribbon–styled hanging dice—for all qualifying participants. While the event is now part of the game’s history, it showcased how virtual challenges can inspire real-world unity.

Designs that blend symbolism and style

The DLC’s visual elements are more than simple recolors. Each paint job incorporates symbolic motifs that complement the lines and proportions of the trucks and trailers, ensuring they stand out on the road while carrying a message of solidarity. Initially compatible with select official trailers, the designs gained broader support through later game updates, giving players more ways to display their commitment to the cause without limiting fleet variety.

Though the charity event has concluded, the Pink Ribbon Charity Pack remains available for purchase, enabling new and returning drivers to contribute to the fight against breast cancer at any time.
