It helps you perform physiotherapy exercises such as strength and balance training in the privacy of your own home, and at your own pace.

Your healthcare provider (physiotherapist or chiropractor) can design your home exercise program and assign it to you in PhysiTrack.

From now, you can learn how to perform the exercises in the program prescribed to you.

You can report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.
