If you’re like most people, you use your phone for many things. You’re probably constantly on the go, so you need it to run smoothly. You might be playing a game, watching a video, or using some other app when your phone rings. You probably need to answer it quickly and efficiently so you can keep on doing what you’re doing. But the reality is that, over time, all of those calls and notifications add up. You end up with a ton of notifications in your inbox. And the longer the notification is, the more likely you are to ignore it. This is especially true if you have a lot of notifications. 

When you get a call, a text, or some other notification, you might feel like you need to take a quick glance at your phone to see what it is. But the problem is, if you have a lot of notifications, you’ll probably end up ignoring them.
