When the mask of the mysterious killer clown falls from the sky, you find yourself part of a new criminal organization, the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. As you pursue your goals of changing the world, you will need to use all of your skills and powers. 

The storyline takes place in the same universe as the original game, but in a different setting. You will be able to enjoy the game as if you were a guest of the main game, but with a different story and new characters.

The game will allow you to explore the world from a different angle. You will be able to get into the minds of your enemies and make them change their ways.
