The app offers a comprehensive information on dining, shopping, parking, and marketing promotions. Additionally, it contains facility booking services, providing members with a brand new shopping experience.

One of the major features of the mobile application is the membership program. Members can earn points for every purchase at participating People’s Place shopping centers, which can be used to redeem offers and rewards. Users can review their loyalty points balance and redeem their favorite rewards via the mobile application. Furthermore, users can receive first-hand offers and market activities, and convert “People’s Place Rewards” member points to “Hong Kong Market” member points.
