Pendaftaran Online RSUD Prembun is a patient application for online registration at RSUD Prembun. For existing patients, they can log in to the online registration application using their medical card number (No RM) and their name as stated in their ID card (KTP). On the other hand, new patients can navigate to the new patient menu and enter their personal information, including their biodata as stated in their ID card (KTP). It is mandatory to complete all the required forms. The application also requires the input of the patient's responsible party information as stated in the provided form. Online registration can be done from H-2 to H-7 prior to the desired appointment date.
