Begin by selecting the class level, either Beginner or Intermediate +, for which you want to create a sequence. Once you've chosen the level, the app presents you with a filtered list of peak poses that are appropriate for that particular level.

The app provides recommended poses in categories such as warm-up, standing and balance, backbends, seated, and cool down. These poses are based on the selected peak pose and class level. With an extensive collection of poses in each category, you can create multiple yoga sequences for each pose.

Moreover, you have the option to save, print, edit, and delete the yoga sequences you create. This allows for flexibility and customization in your yoga practice.

Please note that while the app is free to download, it offers premium content that requires a subscription. With a premium membership, available at $2.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year, you gain access to all premium poses.

To ensure uninterrupted access, the premium membership automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
