Peace and Quiet is a server-side audio mod that removes the looping audio of certain things. It is meant to be played on a server, but you don't have to install it on each client. It is meant to remove the buzz and humming sounds from things such as:

Generators
Solar Banks
Battery Banks
Turrets
Neon Signs
Flies around dumpsters

The optional repeating sounds you can disable are:
Blade Traps: spinning sounds
Dart Trap out of anmo
Flag waving in the wind
Fridge humming
Fire crackling
