PDF Extract Text is a free iPhone app developed by LABSII DOO BEOGRAD. It allows users to quickly and smartly extract text from PDF documents, including scanned documents using OCR technology.

With PDF Extract Text, users can easily pick PDF files from any storage location, such as iCloud or other cloud providers like Dropbox or OneDrive, using the system Files picker. The app is designed to detect and remove repetitive patterns in headers and footers, ensuring that only the main text content is extracted. It also intelligently joins text that may be split between pages, as PDF is a page-based format that doesn't fully support this feature.

Exporting the extracted text is simple with PDF Extract Text. Users can easily copy the text to the Clipboard or use the share option to push the content to other apps as a TXT file or plain text. This allows for easy sharing via email using the Mail app or saving the text using the Files app.

Please note that the free version of PDF Extract Text has a limitation of importing only the first 10 pages. However, this limitation can be removed by making an in-app purchase.
