PAYscan Mobile is a free Android application developed by Yardi Systems that adds mobile convenience to your PAYscan approval workflows. The app allows you to quickly review and process purchase orders and invoice registers awaiting your approval with just a few simple touches. To use this app, your company must be implemented to use PAYscan SP10 or later (SP12 required for versionfeatures), and you must have an existing PAYscan account.

With PAYscan Mobile, you can securely review and approve purchase orders and invoice registers, search for purchase orders, invoice registers, and vendors, drill-down to review purchase order and invoice register details, workflow history, budget information, and attachments, as well as review and validate invoice images using touchscreen gestures and summary overlay. You can also email invoice images or download them to your Android device, view vendor information, ledgers, and monthly spending, and contact vendors using integrated calling, emailing, and mapping.
