The app provides in-app assistance for personalized support, enhanced security with complimentary fraud protection, and easier navigation to get what you need fast.

The app offers intuitive in-context coaching to help you complete account tasks on the app, such as enrolling in MasterCard® medical/ID theft protection, verifying PayFlex debit card® transactions, and using the bill negotiator service for qualified medical claims. You will also receive timely alerts based on your account. The app has enhanced security features, such as account set-up with the same username and password you use on the PayFlex website and log-in using touch ID fingerprint or PIN code for easier, more secure account access.
