For instructions on usage, log in to the online residence report system via PC or Android browser, access the "Overseas Passport Electronic Application System," and follow the steps for activating the app. The photos taken with this app are encrypted and sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' passport issuance system and saved in the device's camera library. While the app is free to use, users are responsible for any communication costs incurred.
