Passport Fee Asaan is Pakistan’s first digital payment initiative of the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports under the umbrella of Ministry Interior. It aims to make the process of passport payment easier and faster for its users. The app facilitates users to pay passport fees without having to stand in long queues for hours at National bank counters. The app also helps its users in calculating the fee, choosing the suitable options according to their requirements, and generating the payment challan (PSID). It is also a service that provides its users with the facility to launch complaints regarding the payment process, right away from the app, and get their issues resolved.
