Paper To Audio is a speech app that can turn paper-based texts into speech. By using this app, you can turn the paper of your academic journal into a spoken word.

First of all, this speech app does not work offline. Once you download it, you will have to refresh the tabs that are opened in Chrome before using it. This is because of the way that Chrome is designed.

In this app, there is a section where you can select the sections that you want to be read. For instance, the abstract, introduction, conclusion, etc. It is very easy to do and you don't need to select the whole text. You will be able to use the fast forward or rewind options to skip to the next/previous section.

Now, for a PDF document, you will have to select the section that you want to read. After that, you will have to highlight the text that you want to be read.
