Paper Bride is a puzzle-based game that has a prominent horror theme and - for its major draw - a rich labyrinth of mystery upon mystery which you, the player, must uncover.

The horror theme is based on Chinese folklore: it involves a groom and the mystery of his bride during their wedding ceremony, or how the bride's traditional red dress had abruptly become the white paper type before she vanished. You, the player, will take on the role of the bewildered groom - who is determined to dig for the truth.

As you embark on your journey towards the truth, you will have incredulous encounters, dark customs from the bride's village, and more.

Several improvements have been made to ensure that players find gameplay fun and challenging instead of merely frustrating - which is why puzzles are now much more reasonable instead of impossibly complex (even during the early stages), and the difficulty is now measured per level advancement.
