The Панель смайликов ВКонтакте (vk.com) is a Chrome extension that allows users to add a customizable emoji panel to the VKontakte (vk.com) website. With this extension, users can choose their desired emojis and the number of emojis to display (up to 45) for convenience. Additionally, the extension enables users to print emojis directly from the keyboard.

The latest update (version 2.0) introduces several new features. Users can now print emojis using keyboard shortcuts, such as Alt + ё or Ctrl + ё for numeric emojis, and Alt + Num 0 or Ctrl + Num 0 for Num emojis. The update also includes the option to hide the emoji panel, a smart icon, and an increased number of emojis in the panel, from 15 to 45.

This extension will be highly appreciated by users who frequently use emojis, want to choose their own emojis (even those not available in the standard selection), dislike the constant need to press the TAB button, experience music interruptions when pressing TAB, struggle to find their favorite emojis, find the constantly changing position of emojis in the "Frequently Used" section annoying, want to customize the number of emojis in the panel, and prefer to have their emojis always in one place.

If the panel stops working, fails to load, or if the extension has just been installed, simply refresh the VKontakte page (press F5).

Update 1.3 addresses changes in VKontakte's encoding and emoji usage, replacing old codes with new ones. The previous code format (D83DDE0C) has been replaced with the new format (f09f988c).

Updates 1.4 and 1.5 introduce an automatic replacement function for old codes with the standard set of new codes when entering VKontakte and in the extension's settings.
