Dictionary of the Danish Language is a free and modern dictionary for the Danish language. The project is supported by the Carlsberg Foundation, which is a private foundation that promotes and supports the development of the Danish language and literature. ODS is the most comprehensive dictionary ever published in Denmark.

The dictionary is based on a vast number of quotes from classic Danish literature. The quotations are organized in such a way that it is easy to find the exact word and get the meaning of it.

Furthermore, ODS has an extensive word trainer. This trainer is based on the actual spelling of the words. So you can train the spelling of a word and get the meaning of it.
