For starters, we’ve increased the maximum number of cores on all Qualcomm mobile devices.

This means that your Android device should perform much better with OnePlus, compared to other Android devices.

We’re also constantly improving our speed by cutting down on the number of tasks the system is waiting on, or “blocked.” Blocked tasks are tasks that are ready for execution, but the system is waiting for something else to complete.

So, in other words, if your phone is slow right now, it means that you’re currently using it.

What’s more, we’re still doing some improvements on the software level. As a result, our phones should be faster than they are today.
