OlliOlli is an indie skating simulator that was initially developed for handhelds like PS Vita. The game has now been ported to Xbox One, bringing its unique brand of hardcore skating to a wider audience. The game features a 2D world filled with ramps, cliffs, railings, and other environments to perform tricks on. The player gets bonuses for the number of stunts, safety landing, and doing combos. There are 50 levels, each with 5 trophies to unlock, which unlock the next level and so on.

The game features pixel-art graphics, which give the game a minimalistic design. This unique style forces the player to memorize each level, mashing buttons repeatedly to perform stunts and combos. The final parts of the game resemble hardcore platformers like Super Meat Boy more than traditional skating games like Tony Hawk.
