With OkTalk Translator, you can add a list of words to your speech. After you have recognized a word, OkTalk Translator will add the translation and add the word to the list. You can choose to memorize those words, or you can just ignore them.

You can set it up as you like. For example, you can set that you want to be reminded of the words that have been recognized in the next time you start OkTalk Translator. Or you can set that you want to learn a word in an easier way. For example, you can turn off learning new words. Or you can turn on the learning of a new word for every day.
