Offline English Czech Dictiona is an offline dictionary, translator, and speech recognition application for your Android phone or tablet. The dictionary supports English and Czech languages and includes a large number of translations. It is designed to work offline and can be accessed without an internet connection.

To use the application, you will first need to download it to your device. To do that, press the "Download" button on the main menu.

To start using the application, you will need to open the dictionary. You can do that by pressing the "Open" button on the main menu.

The main menu will appear. Press the "Translate" button to start the translation process. The translation will be saved to your device. To check the translation, press the "View" button. You will be presented with a list of all the translations.

To translate a word, you will need to select the language you want to translate to and the word you want to translate.

To share a translation, you will need to select the "Email" option.

To change the speech rate, you will need to press the "Voice input & output" option. You will be presented with a list of all the available speech recognition options.
