Office One: ppt, doc, pdf, xls is a free productivity mobile app developed by Y Mobile Solution. It is a document viewer that helps users open and review common files created and formatted using Microsoft Office. It aims to simplify and streamline the process of opening them and forego the need to switch between multiple specialized solutions.

Multiple formats, one viewer

When you first open Office One, you’re greeted with a simple and straightforward user interface to start opening documents. It supports multiple Microsoft Office file formats, including those used with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, all from a single app. Of course, it also handles PDFs, which is pretty much the standard for business and professional applications.

Now, as hinted earlier, this app is just for viewing files, and this comes with some inherent limitations, such as the lack of editing tools to make any kind of changes to your documents. It also has basic file management options that will put off some users. For a more robust and capable experience, you can check out other viable alternatives like WPS Office instead.

Stark simplicity

To wrap things up, Office One: ppt, doc, pdf, xls is a no-nonsense document viewer that you can consider if you just need something to open files for work and nothing else. However, its simplicity also becomes its biggest shortcoming as it’s not as flexible for different uses as its contemporaries.
