Obyte is a free mobile client for the Obyte network. The app offers a range of features such as storing, sending, and receiving Bytes, the cryptocurrency used to pay for storage on the Obyte network. With the built-in chat feature, users can easily send and receive Bytes. The app also allows users to send and receive Bytes via other chat applications like iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, even if the recipient does not have an Obyte wallet yet. Additionally, users can use smart contracts to ensure that the recipient gets the money only when/if the conditions they set are met. The app also offers users the ability to have their real-world identity verified and stored privately in their wallet. They can then choose to disclose their private data only to parties they choose and get access to their services that require identity.
