This app is designed for people in New York City who are involved in the food-stamp and cash-assistance programs and who want to do more than just submit documents.

The documents you submit will be checked and, if they are valid, will be used to make a decision about your eligibility. If you are eligible, you will receive a notification that you are eligible and will be able to proceed to the next step. If you are not eligible, you will be notified and the reason for your ineligibility will be explained.
