NuvitaCorSync is an iPhone app developed by Nuvita LLC, designed specifically for athletes. This app turns your iOS device into your ultimate cardio companion, helping you track and improve your fitness level.

One of the key features of NuvitaCorSync is the ability to measure your VO2max, which is a measure of your fitness level, in just 5 minutes using heart rate variability. Based on your measured fitness level, the app then develops the perfect exercise plan for you.

During your exercise sessions, NuvitaCorSync allows you to track your heart rate and time spent in/above/below your personal zone. You can view a real-time graph of your heart rate and even map your session. The app also provides the option to share your sessions on the Nuvita wellness wall or on Facebook.

NuvitaCorSync also offers a history feature, allowing you to review and analyze your past workouts in either graph or map mode.

One of the notable integrations of NuvitaCorSync is with Apple's Health app. By turning on the "Health Integration" feature, your workout data will be saved to Apple's Health app. This also enables you to perform a workout using Apple's workout app on the Apple Watch and receive credit for your workout. Any workouts saved to the HealthKit database will be synced if this feature is turned on.

Please note that NuvitaCorSync works with iPhone 4S and above. However, it is important to be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly decrease battery life.
