15 fully working REGULAR settlements that can be taken or raided;
8 interior homes;
35 new map markers;
Unique enemies;
And some minor enhancements.

This mod has included the Park Settlements, Exterior Settlements, Homes, Map Markers, Unique Enemies, and some minor improvements.

To install this mod, utilize the Nexus Mod Manager or extract manually the .esp into the proper folder. After that, do save your game before installing or using it in a new game.
