NTX Apnea is a comprehensive training system designed to improve breathhold, awareness, and relaxation for freediving and spearfishing. With a wide range of exercises targeting different aspects of training, it caters to apneists of all experience levels. The program follows the training philosophy and learning principles developed by Marcus Greatwood, founder of the NoTanx Freediving organization.

The app offers detailed instructions, expert audio and video guidance, and supports exercises such as Halfway Holds, Lazy Tables, Spanish Steps, Crazy Tables, Zany Walks, Oxy Walks, and Wonky Square for breathhold training. It also includes breathing and relaxation exercises like Guided Breathe-up, Coherence Breathing, and Box Breathing.

NTX Apnea allows customization and personalization of parameters/settings, and keeps track of exercise history within the app. It suggests exercises based on your performance and automatically increases difficulty as you improve. The app also includes a built-in pre-exercise warmup/breathe-up, audio guidance, and detailed instructions and videos.
