노원지역화폐-NOWONPAY is a free Android application developed by GLOSFER. It is a lifestyle app that allows users to use the local currency of 노원 (NW) to make payments at participating public and private businesses within the 노원구 region.

노원(NW) is the basic unit of currency for the 노원 local currency, which is generated by individuals and organizations within the 노원구 region by performing social contributions such as volunteer work and donations. The local currency can only be used within the 노원구 region and holds no value outside of it.

To use 노원(NW), users can either use a card or the app at participating businesses that accept the local currency. For example, if the usage rate is 10%, and a user spends 1,000 won, they can use 100NW and pay the remaining 900 won.
