Novo Auxílio Brasil (Napoel) is the official application of the Brazilian government to assist citizens in need.

Napoel is a service that gives priority to the poorest and most vulnerable in our society. The program consists of cash transfers and provides assistance with access to food, health, education, and housing.

The application is intended to be used by the public agencies that are part of the program, and is not intended for private use.

The public agencies responsible for overseeing the program are the Ministério da Aduana, the Ministério do Desenvolvimento, and the Ministério de Desportos.
