Niva Bupa UNO is a new version of InstaInsure Pro & Agent Service app, designed as a unified public access platform for the Niva Bupa Field Force team and guest users. This platform serves as a one-stop solution, allowing Niva Bupa salespeople to review all necessary information and access multiple systems from a single platform. With a single sign-on, users can access four major system functionalities.

The first module, InstaInsure Pro, provides users with access to all the functionalities of the InstaInsure Pro application. This includes agent onboarding, agent dashboard, premium calculators, templates, communication tools, renewal cards, claims status, policy documents, agent documents, branches, hospital lists, and more.

The second module, Spectrum, offers access to all business reports such as new business and renewal reports, commissions, agent documents, forms, brochures, and renewal links.

The third module, Sales Activity Management (MIDAS), enables users to add business leads, recruitment leads, schedule branch visits, schedule call or face-to-face meetings, add joint working files with agents, track upcoming meetings and events, and view employee dashboards.

Finally, the platform also provides public access for guest users who can calculate premiums and view available product details.
