NITechピロリン has been revamped with a more modern UI and added features. With this official app, users can clock in using their smartphones or tablets. The app provides the following new functionalities:

• Ability to check recent clocking logs on the home screen
• Access to syllabus information on the timetable details screen
• Verification of clocking results using an IC card reader on the clocking log screen
• Display of enrolled classes in clocking results
• Widget for checking timetable and clocking logs without opening the app

NITechピロリン serves as the official app for clocking in at Nagoya Institute of Technology campus. It allows users to conveniently record their attendance using their mobile devices. Additionally, users can check the status of their enrolled classes (cancellations, makeup classes), class schedules, and classroom information.

The app collects BLE beacon data transmitted by transmitters installed within the campus to estimate the clocking location. Transmitters are triangular or square devices installed on walls, typically in classrooms. Due to the nature of radio waves, the estimated clocking location may not always be accurate. If the displayed location is incorrect, users are advised to approach the transmitter and clock in again.

Please note that this app requires a device with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) or later. It does not utilize satellite positioning systems like GPS.
