Nirvana is a task manager that both helps you manage your projects while also concentrating on how focused you are on each task. The developers have tried to move away from generic task managers, so they have developed a tool that helps you concentrate on the tasks in hand. Nirvana has its functions and category tabs laid out on its main GUI, which is confusing at first, but is actually a major saver once you are used to how the Nirvana tool works.
